Code of conduct
This Code is intended to provide the people of AkzoNobel with a clear overview of the obligations of the company and the individual employees is issues such as business integrity, healt&safety, human rights etc. In essence it captures not only the general Business Principles but also the key and relevant Company Directives and it helps all AkzoNobel employees to perform their jobs in accordance with the Company’s standards.
- Our code of conduct is a reflection of who we are and how we work. I am therefore counting on each employee to fully embrace its content. In doing so, we can ensure that we continue to build a company we can be proud of, the CEO of AkzoNobel Hans Weijers, states in the introduction to the code of conduct document.
